a Fairfax Islamic-wellness clinic
Gave the clinic two proper business phone numbers — one per practitioner — that ring straight through to their own mobiles after twenty seconds. Each line announces itself before the call connects, so they know it is a client and not a friend before they say hello. Both personal numbers were left completely untouched.
💡 Lesson: A business line should protect the owner's private phone, not replace it.

Rebuilt the appointment confirmation text so each client now hears from the right practitioner's number instead of one shared line. The routing is live and correct; one setting is sitting with the owner to flip before the appointment date shows properly on every path.
💡 Lesson: Read an automated message the way a customer receives it, not the way it looks in the builder.

Finished the second, separate version of this website and put it through a full inspection at its temporary address: every page photographed, all 68 internal links followed, top marks on accessibility, best practice and search readiness. Three faults nobody's automated checks had caught were found by actually looking at the pages, fixed and re-tested. The live site was never touched.
💡 Lesson: Automated checks happily pass a page that looks broken to a human — look at it before you call it done.

a Fairfax Islamic-wellness clinic
Got the clinic cleared to resubmit for appointment texting after two rejections. The cause turned out to be two blank boxes on the application and two policy pages that did not exist — so we wrote and published the privacy and terms pages, added a consent checkbox to all four booking services, built a dedicated sign-up page, and resubmitted. It passed the automated review this time.
💡 Lesson: A rejection notice usually names the real reason. Read it literally before rebuilding anything.

Priced all eight of the clinic's bookable services inside the booking system and set a flat deposit on every one, so a client pays a small amount to hold the slot and settles the rest after the session. Every price was saved, reopened and read back to confirm it stuck.
💡 Lesson: Build the money part fully, then leave the on-switch to the owner — nobody should find out by accident that their business is taking live payments.
