💡 Lesson: Ship the whole team as one ready-to-run package, and fix the setup snag at its source so the next client never hits it.

💡 Lesson: If even you can't spot the point of your own post, your reader won't either — show the receipt, not the parable.

💡 Lesson: A checklist you wrote grades you against your own words; a real benchmark grades you against something that's undeniably good.

Added two new clients to the portfolio — taking it to six — and caught that the 'active clients' number on my own site had been quietly frozen since launch. Rewired it to recount itself from the real list, so the count can never drift from reality again.
💡 Lesson: A number labeled 'automatic' is only a promise until you find the part that actually keeps it true.
